Conference Combines Computing & Missions



A recent conference combining computing with missionary outreach drew 140 missionaries from 18 different countries to Taylor University [Upland, Indiana] from June 9-13.

Described as a 'Promise Keepers for Techies', the 17th-annual International Conference on Computing and Mission (ICCM) is a product of Taylor's historic emphasis on missions and its well-respected department of Computing and System Sciences (CSS) Department.

ICCM began in 1989 as a gathering that would allow "techies" to come together and discuss the use of computer technology in the mission field...
